Return & Exchange Policy

Our commitment to making things right if something isn’t perfect with your order.

Thank you for shopping at SiconArt. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you as quickly and fairly as possible.

1) Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Brand new, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging (box/pouch, inserts, accessories, tags, and any protective covers)
  • Not tested with water, ink, paint, or cleaning agents (especially important for brushes)

Important: Please email us first. Do not send items back without authorization, as we may be unable to match the package to your order. Shipping cost to us needs to be borne by the customer.

2) Non-Returnable Items

To protect product quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items showing any signs of use (e.g., brush tips altered, dampness, staining, paint residue, odor, or reshaping)
  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)
  • Gift cards or downloadable/digital products (if applicable)
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
  • Returns sent without prior approval

3) Exchanges & Replacements (Wrong / Damaged / Defective)

If you received any of the following, we will arrange a free replacement, resend, or an appropriate solution:

  • Wrong item / wrong variation sent
  • Item arrived with obvious damage
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing parts/accessories
  • Severe shipping damage to packaging affecting the product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos (and a short video if needed)
  • A brief description of the issue
