Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop in Dongguan, China, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method).

All orders ship from Dongguan, China. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for customs clearance in your country.

My tracking hasn’t updated in several days.
International shipments may show gaps in tracking updates, especially during customs processing. This is normal. If there is no update for more than 14 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation.
I didn’t receive a tracking number.
Not all shipping methods include tracking. If you selected a tracked option and haven’t received details within 5 business days of your order, email us at [email protected] and we will follow up.
