All orders are shipped from Dongguan (Dongguang), China, where our brushes are made and tested before dispatch.
Shipping costs vary by destination country.
Your exact shipping price will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
During high-volume periods (new launches, promotions, major holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation (email).
Delivery time depends on your country, local courier handling, and customs clearance (if applicable).
Estimated delivery times will vary and may be shown at checkout (when available).
