How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop in Dongguan, China, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method).

To check the status of your order at any time:

  • Check your email – Look for a shipping confirmation from SiconArt with your tracking number and carrier link.
  • Click the tracking link – Follow the link in your email to view real-time updates from the shipping carrier.
  • Contact us directly – If you cannot find your tracking information or need an update, email us and we will look it up for you.

Need Help Finding Your Tracking Info?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the latest tracking update within 24 hours.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders ship from Dongguan, China. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for customs clearance in your country.

Common Tracking Questions

My tracking hasn’t updated in several days.
International shipments may show gaps in tracking updates, especially during customs processing. This is normal. If there is no update for more than 14 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation.

I didn’t receive a tracking number.
Not all shipping methods include tracking. If you selected a tracked option and haven’t received details within 5 business days of your order, email us at [email protected] and we will follow up.
